Our Philosophy

Maintaining that experience and accuracy are our stock in trade, we use only personnel who are fully conversant with the requirements for measuring the various types of project we deal with on a regular basis. Rob MacBain insists that CQSS can deliver a standard of service that those in the industry expect, because he has been in the business long enough to fully appreciate what those expectations are. CQSS belongs to the federation of Small Businesses and is a member of Sussex Enterprise.

Our Valuations
We have produced schedules of quantities for a variety of Design and Build projects ranging in value from £50k to in excess of £80 million. Turnover from April 2006 to March 2007 came in at £261,000.

We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover to a value of £1 million.
